I don't think killing itself is masculine, but I believe certain types/forms are more masculine or feminine. For example, generally more women than men will use poison, so that could be considered a feminine way to kill.

No. Taking care of your family is masculine. Standing up for what you believe in is masculine. Being a man of honor is masculine. Killing is wrong, unless it is self-defense; in this case it is simply self-defense, nothing more and nothing less.

I think it depends on how you refer to it.. I think about it in the the sense of the man killing and hunting for his food, or a modern day hunter. I think in that sense yes it could be masculine.

*not to be offensive to female hunters. I am one.

Serial killers are more likely to be men, I think that's the only one leaned in favor of one over the other though.

No. It's neither masculine not feminine. Serial killers are more often male than female. Women, are more likely to commit "crimes of passion" and are typically hard to find as they tend to be cleaner killers than men.
