In Feb I had a tube removed. Now I’m 4w 5 days maybe and I’m bleeding like I did with my ectopic and my hcg levels are going up as well. 99% sure this is another ectopic. When I had implantation which made me test I had very bad cramps in my uterus which felt like it was punched. I didn’t have that last time, is it possible to have implantation cramps in uterus and still have ectopic?

Last time and this time I felt no pain. I didn’t even feel the tube rupture last time.
