Hey y'all! So I've been off the pill after three years since the second week of July, and me and my fiancé have been trying since then and we have had two times where we thought I was pregnant, but AF was just late a few days. So my question is for those who were on the pill....how long did it take after to conceive? Also, any tips do a first time TTC? I also have rheumatoid arthritis so I don't know how that and the meds I take for it affect it.
