Advice please

My son has had a fever since Saturday. Anywhere from 100-103. He is 10 months old. No other sick symptoms at all. He is teething. His top two teeth are coming in. Can that be the reason for the fever? I give him Tylenol when he needs it. Doctors appt is tomorrow. He is acting normal though. Just feels warm so that’s why I originally took his temperature..
