Dull ache on my right side
I woke up like an hour ago and noticed my lower right side was achy and thought it was cause my bladder was full so I went pee but it didn’t go away. I have severe anxiety and think I’m dying all the time, am I overreacting? Could this just be constipation or should I be worried? (Spot circled is the general area i feel the dull ache)
