My husband and his ex wife were in the early stages of a divorce when they discovered that she was pregnant. They would have been miserable if they stayed together, so they went through with the divorce.

He and I had been dating  for a few months when my stepdaughter was born. I've known her since she was 3 weeks old. Her mother was also just beginning a relationship with someone by that time; they're married now, too.

It was certainly an unusual situation, but it worked out for us.

I actually did and got pregnant by him too ... So the girls are 8 months apart.. We been together for 7.5 years now...

Maybe, is he doing right by her? Why is he no longer with her? These are big indicators of your future together.

I voted yes because I'm assuming she got pregnant with his kid before you two were a thing? If thats the case, its in the past and theres really no need to be upset. But if he got her pregnant after you two were dating then yeah, I'd leave.

I only say no because my bff's boyfriend 1st the time had his ex pregnant and that girl was hell on wheels!! Anything she could do to hurt Or embarrass my bff with she did. She even went so far as to going to my bff's job telling everyone that she was a home wrecker, white, ect. She got so far they needed to put a restraining order against her.

Also the guy was a really nice person. He would give her money for their unborn child and he would also purchase clothing for the baby just to stalk up. Eventually though my bf had enough of the crazy lady and just ended the relationship. I could tell it broke the guys heart but there was nothing you could say to that lady to calm her or make her go away.

That's kinda how my fiancé and I started off. She actually broke up with him.  We already knew each other but only on friendly terms. After my ex and I broke up and he moved out, we started dating; so both of us had only recently gotten out of relationships. Everything was fine for the first six weeks. She would call, he would give her money, and things were easy.....until she found out he was seeing me. I guess she thought they would get back together since that's the kind of relationship they had for five years. Off and on; off and on.

I know it sounds terrible because she "forgot" that she's the one that broke up with him (via text I might add; I saw the text) so it looks like he dumped a 6.5 month pregnant girl...pregnant with twins. She called me telling me that i was wrong for messing with her boyfriend etc, but had no answer as to how is he your BF when for the past 6 weeks all you've seen of him is when he swings by to give you money?  Wouldn't you question why y'all stopped hanging out or going on dates?

I never saw or heard him treat her bad. I saw how much he was giving her not only in cash but he bought ALL the baby gear i.e. Double stroller, crib, car seats, those baby rocker things, diapers etc. and paid for the baby shower that was well over $1,000 and she just had to have. Oh and in her text guess why she dumped him??...because she felt like he wasn't doing ENOUGH!😳. She just flat out told him that if he didn't have ten cases of diapers that she wouldn't move back in with him and that she would just stay with her mother.

Dealing with her has been a real mess though. She's hostile but I understand why.

For me it would depend on the situation... Like others said why are they not together? How far along is she? And can you handle dealing with the ex?
