Am I pregnant?

My period is supposed to start in two days, but it seems like it already started though it's a little weird. I started feeling mild-like cramps before any blood appeared a few days ago and it was off and on. Now there's blood, but it isn't very heavy but it isn't light either. I have mild cramps off and on still as well, but i usually get really really bad cramps on the first day (rolling on floor, painful, agonizing). Does anyone think its implantation bleeding?
