Copper IUD: Period is 5 days late

Hey guys, I need some advice. As the title says, I have a non hormonal IUD since almost a year. My periods are 100% accurate from Glow. I was supposed to get my period on Friday and I had TONS of cramping that day, I knew for certain I was getting my period. But here we are 5 days later, I still haven't gotten it. I took an (expired) pregnancy test and it came out negative. Should I dee a dr? I will note that I've been under immense stress this month and it could be due to that. Also, I feel the strings and they are in place.
