How do ask for more help from your partner regarding the baby without offending them? I’m the one who gets up in the middle of the night to change and feed baby but unfortunately I’m not getting more than 3 hrs of sleep a day if that and I would like to be on a schedule. I don’t want to make him seem like he’s not doing enough but at this point, he’s really not, I’m just a bit stressed & need him to pitch in more with everything.. even diaper changes, he doesn’t change her because he said it’s too difficult so I do it but she uses the bathroom so frequently & im overwhelmed with changes on both her and our toddler. What would be an ideal schedule to ask him to do with me? How do I approach this without offending him?
