My service dog .. tMi cut photo

My poor guy was walking and cut his paw om the side walk it stopped bleeding but once he walks on it or jumps it starts bleeding bad again. I cant afford the vet rite now (I just pre-paid $600 for his neutering next week it was all my saving) Idk what to do?? Im so worried Idk where else to post this at for advice. I cleaned it with light soap water and then put dog liquid bandage and wrapped it up in gauze and wrapping tape. I gave him some aspirin for pain. This is after I cleaned it before wrapping it up. any advice? sorry if this is not allowed
