First positive after MC?

I am so confused, I had my second miscarriage in July. Before that I didn’t think I could conceive on my own.  I had spotting Saturday night  and what I thought was full-blown period heavy Bleeding half the day Monday and then it just stopped. I’ve been so tired I thought just for the heck of it. Why not take a test… I know I have crazy line eyes but I feel like I actually see something do you?  i’m so confused, but I don’t wanna get my hopes up.  top test is pregmate and bottom is first response strip.
