Clothes for c section?

If you’ve had a planned c section what clothes did you pack or wear postpartum? My last was a surprise c section so I was not prepared and didn’t know what to expect. Even underwear was hard. Any thoughts/advice/recommendations?

I wore depends underwear with a wound pad covering my scar for the first week. For clothes I loved having a long maxi dress for leaving the hospital, then spent the first week at home wearing lounge sleeping dresses.

I wore a maternity dress home from the hospital. During maternity leave I lived in my high waisted maternity yoga shorts.

I used the hospital underwear and big t-shirts like nightgown size while in the hospital so comfortable it’s to hard to bend after a C-section so no pants allowed

My favorite thing was loose sleep dresses and cardigan because they have no waist, and Depends, then granny panties.

The hospitals underwear were great in the beginning and I took plenty of extra home. Granny panties that will go above the area that was cut after that.  I bought a maternity robe and wore that in the hospital. I mean for me, I was all about being comfy. Stretchy clothes. At least for a few weeks.
