How is your child’s day structured during term time?

Question

So what is your child’s, preteen, schedule like during the week when it’s a school week?
Eg, on Monday, what time do you guys wake up and what does that morning routine entail for you and your child?
Once they’re back from school, what time is it and what does the after-school schedule entail? Any after school movies, shopping, activities or is it just homework, supper , watch cartoons/play and then shower/brush teeeth and sleep?
What does the weekend look like too?

Morning, 6 am my daughter(12) gets up showers gets fully ready and is leaving by no later than 7:40, she walks to school gets there by 8 it’s only about a light away, after school she’s home by about 3:20 if she walks and we give her until 4 sometimes 4:30 to start on her homework, once she’s done with actual homework she reads 30 mins, then takes a break, eats, then she practice for 30-1 hr of sax. Once she’s done with that she can have free time or she can even have free time after reading and before bed she practices sax which normally is between 8:30-9:30 we let her pick sometimes if she wants to stay up bc she knows she is the one who has to wake up early to get rdy. 
We are working on her time management, she takes her sweet time doing things and no sense of urgency so we are pushing her to work with more urgency so that she has more time to spend outside of homework. 
Her last school didn’t offer homework and she’s in junior high now so it’s been a transition to say the least .
