4 week HCG levels

Please help I need to know if this is normal. A year and 3 months ago I had an ectopic pregnancy. I am now pregnant again, and after getting my bfp my doc put in asap blood work. My hcg currently is 286. Please tell me this is not happening again. According to their chart provided with the testing it says it should be around 1k to 56k. I am freaking out, and my doctors office closes in an hour without hearing anything back yet.
