What is the bare minimum ?

What is the bare minimum you expect your partner to talk to you daily? I’m talking are you cool with 10 minutes, 2 hours like how much time would you say? From morning to bedtime how much time? I mean obviously nobody has exact times figured out but a guess would be cool to know. Also how many times per week do you think is the bare minimum for sex? I’m saying bare minimum because that’s like the lowest you can do for that relationship to keep it going.  (if that makes sense)

I dont have a daily minimum. I look at the overall standing of our relationship. Sometimes we talk a lot, sometimes not much. Sometimes we have stress, health issues, grief etc arise. Sometimes hes distant, sometimes I am. I look at it by the month more than day and if something feels off, think of why. Are we spending too much time on our phones? Being icy and harboring resentment? Is the friendship and warmth there even if one is going through a hard time? Is there something I can do eg give little hugs even if hes being distant and not initiating? I think having minimum 'rules' feels suffocating and is more like 'youd better meet my needs' than actually maintaining a true bond.

We don’t yet live together, sex about once a week because that’s how often we are together. We also don’t talk necessarily every day, just when we need to or want to.

My husband works 75+ hours a week, is on call his days off, and is patted in and out of work (aka unable to have a phone), no breaks or lunch breaks. I can't speak to him at all when he's at work 14-16 hours a day. He calls on his way home, we live 5 minutes from his work, and from the moment he gets home to the moment we go to bed we talk. We can't wait to tell each other about our days, joke around, talk about the kids, play with the kids, ect. We don't require a minimum amount of sex per week. I don't demand my husband have sex with me and he doesn't demand sex either. We have sex frequently, but there isn't a requirement or a sex rule saying we HAVE to have sex X amount of times per week.

All relationships are different and every individual’s life is different. My husband works 70+ hours/week and he’s on nights 75% of the time. I’m a SAHM. We text off and on while he’s at work and we are present with each other when he’s home and awake. When I was working we didn’t really talk at all during the day because I didn’t have time. 
We have sex 4-5 times/week for the most part. Sometimes it’s more, sometimes less.

Idk about a minimum 🤔 im not a bare minimum kind of person. I want it all or not at all. We talk all day long. Not nonstop but all throughout the day. As for sex we go 4-5 times a week. I think less than once a week would be detrimental to our marriage. & talking less than once a day would be awful.

I dont have times down for talking but my fiance and i will text throughout the day while at work then obv when we get home. Then sex we can go a week or even a whole month without and still be fine.
