How soon can I start ttc after chemical pregnancy

I had my first miscarriage in June of this year at 12 weeks. I bled for about 8 days. I was absolutely devastated and in so much pain, physically and emotionally. Saw our doctor and she said we can start trying again as soon as I feel ready. So we did just that. I found out i was pregnant again on september 30, my fiancé and i were so happy, we were going to have our rainbow baby. I started to bleed three days later while i was at work, i had a chemical pregnancy. I’ve been bleeding now for about 11 days. I’m so frustrated and sad. Idk if i should wait until i get the go ahead from my doctor or just wait until i completely stop bleeding. I want to try again but i’m afraid of another heartbreak. Idk why they won’t stick 😢
