Winter mittens for 6-12 months

Any suggestions on great winter mittens for babies that are warm and stay on? I love in a snowy environment. Looking for either water proof or non water proof. Thanks!

Mom of 6 here but pregnant with my 7th and we always use boiled wool mittens. I usually go with Disana brand.

We love the mittens from Reima, they have a baby type with a zipper making it actually possible to get on. "Tepas" is the model i fould that was closest to what we used.
