Baby Stella Marie is here!

After a rough delivery that did not go as planned, Stella finally made her debut. Her dad and I are so in love with her. Although we planned to have a natural "Bradley method" birth, we ended up being induced due to preeclampsia. The baby didn't tolerate labor well at all and we kept losing her heartbeat. The doctor finally decided we needed to do a c-section. Unfortunately, I could not have an epidural due to a back issue so I was put under general anesthesia. My husband couldn't even be in the operating room. Although the past few days were rough, our baby girl is safe and healthy and we couldn't be happier. She was born at 38 weeks and was 6 pounds, 9 ounces, and 19 inches long!
