IUD??

i’m considering getting a IUD over the pill but I want to know if it’s uncomfortable having sex afterwards, like does it feel different at all? & has anyone’s SO said if they felt the strings? I was told by a friend who was on it that it was uncomfortable for her and that her boyfriend said he could feel it so she got it removed. 🥴 I definitely don’t want it if that’s true. & how bad is the pain? I’ve heard if you have had kids before it doesn’t hurt as bad but i’m not sure if that applies since i’ve only ever had c sections.

I am just scared of the thought 😂 I know i’m done having kids but I was too chicken to get my tubes tied during my last c-section 4 weeks ago.
