I have been debating posting this for a very long time now but as of recently and trying to get a hold of someone with glows customer support for months I'm finally just going to say it since they won't fix anything. With my March 2022 baby I decided to participate in the glow gift exchange threads.

If you look on my profile it says I have five gifts received but zero sent which is completely untrue. I have sent 5 total in the past with amazon receipts to prove it. And if glow were to tell the truth I have only received 3. Scammers are fun.

I have been trying to get a hold of glow for months and I had hoped as a premium member maybe they would take me more seriously. But they refuse to fix that on my profile so that's fantastic. You know why? You know how much I got harassed over it? There were people that went after me saying I don't deserve to post my registry because I hadn't gifted anything back. Lmao. Rude af.

It is true and I am sure you are warned use the gift exchange at your own risk but they never do anything about scammers. So those scammers will continue to scam people. No matter if they were reported or not after getting scammed by someone i found out others were scammed by the same person. Did glow ever do anything about it? No. Not as far as i know. They broke the rules of gift exchange and got away with it Scot free.

At the very minimum all i can hope is that they actually have a baby those gifts all went to.

But no. Participate at your own risk. Expect to possibly get scammed and expect glow to do nothing about it. And don't expect customer support to ever get back to you.
