Why is it better to test first thing in the am ???!!!

I've read on my ept box that your hgc hormone is highest in the morning,  but why is that???

The assumption is that your bladder is full when you first wake up, and that youve gone several hours without either drinking or urinating.

Many women find that they can get the same or even better results by simply holding their urine for several hours later in the day and then testing. The important thing is to make sure that you let your bladder fill naturally rather than trying to drink a bunch of liquids to make yourself have to go. That can dilute the hormones that the test is checking for.

Why is it better to test first thing in the am ???!!!
