6dpo cramps, headache, super tired anyone have these symptoms and end up with BFP?!

Okay so I did some blood work for an appointment, I have pcos so we try to keep up with medications to induce a period every few months.

However this time the doctor called me and said I actually ovulated and she was looking at my results.

I ovulated around 10/10/23 and I’m 6dpo and these cramps, lower back pain, and headaches are making me sluggish. My fiancé and I have been trying 3 years for baby #3.

Has anyone had these and had a BFP after? I’m trying not to get my hopes up but it’s so hard.

We have had 2 miscarriages last year and this summer but for those I had no symptoms of any kind. Any thoughts or encouragement would help ladies.
