Crockpot Lasagna!

I made this today and it turned out delicious and was super easy!!
​1 lb italian sausage  (the ground kind)
​1 yellow onion (diced) 
​3 cans tomato sauce (italian seasoned or season yourself)
​Dried basil
​15 oz ricotta cheese
​2 cups mozzarella (grated)
​1 1/2 cups Parmesan (grated)
​Lasagna noodles
​cook sausage and onion in a pan until sausage has no more pink, take off heat and mix in tomato sauce and dried basil (I didn't measure, probably 1-2 tsp) and italian seasoning (if you are using plain tomato sauce.)
​Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozz and 1 cup parm together.
​Cover bottom of crock pot with meat mixture and cover with layer of noodles (they will probably need to be broken to fit) then add layer of cheese mixture, sauce, noodles, repeat until you run out of mixtures (just be sure to finish with sauce on top). 
​Cook on low for 3-5 hrs (mine took 4 and the noodles were perfect) Once it is cooked Top with remaining 1 cup mozz and 1/2 c parm and let it melt before serving. 
​It was sooooo yummy!!
