Low grade Fever

Hi everyone, my 1yr has had an on and off fever for the pass 3 days under 98 we took him to the doctors and they couldn't explain why and said it might be because is isn't circumcised which i doubt but has anyone experienced that ? he's 16 about to be 17 months
