Pregnant on nexplanon?

I got the insert about 6 months ago and ever since, have had very brief, light periods or only spotting. I haven't had anything for a month, should I be worried about being pregnant when it is a common side effect of the BC?

I wouldn't worry yet. I had the insert for three years and my husband and I didnt use condoms the entire time. I also had very random periods. I just had it removed in August and my period is suddenly perfectly regular. The insert is the most effective form of BC on the market these days! So I wouldn't worry yet, you still have to get used to trusting it :)

I'm on it, and I wouldn't worry. Me and my boyfriend don't use condoms nor the pull out method.

I had then nexplanon for two years and went months without period bad now I'm off it and my periods are back to being regular. I wouldn't worry.
