Stupid ass roommate!!!

So my roommate is one of those people who sees something on Facebook and believes it as the truth. There has been COUNTLESS times she has posted something and I will snope it and it is completely wrong. Most recent post before today's post was a picture of Eygpt with snow. I told her it was not from this year and was a few years ago. She argued "no it was from December 2015!" Sure enough another friend of hers posted a dated news article confirming it was a photo taken from 2013 and that the picture of FB was a photoshopped pic. She got all mad and deleted the post but it shows you what kind of a person she is.

Anyways, tonight we got into it because she posted some negative things about Obama and positive things about Trump. To each their own on what political party you choose but being super pregnant and moody I lost my cool tonight because of her utter stupidity.

I looked up the quotes she said where obamas and sure enough they where false quotes. I told her that they were not quotes from him but she wouldn't believe me. I then said the positive things she posted about Trump where lies and made up as well. She then tried to blame Clinton for the negative Trump propaganda. She tried to convince me she is not a republican but feels that Trump is the best person for president because how honest he is.

I really try and avoid the topic of politics with her because she is so ill informed about politics and how government works. I have taken several classes about government and read/watch the news daily. I have read each front runners platforms and have a good idea about what they may or may not say to get votes. I don't even claim to know everything but generally an educated person can tell if something sounds wrong and know that it probably is and Facebook is not the place to do a fact check. I told her to do some actual factual research on her political opinions that she can't have a adult conversation about politics without having facts.

I guess this was just me venting more or less but I can't believe there are such stupid people out there and I happen to live under the same roof with one.
