Worried about miscarriages

I have a UTI and I don’t know how to react because where I’m six weeks pregnant I’m afraid that it’s gonna make me lose the twins and I’m just scared because I don’t wanna lose them because I do on my significant others birthday which is June 13 and we’ve been trying so hard to get pregnant because I have miscarried over the years and even though they wasn’t his kids, he claimed them as his kids and we never got to meet them so this is very special because they’re doing his birthday and I’m just scared where I have a UTI that I’m either gonna  have a miscarriage  or they’re gonna be born dead
