Ttc for a year? Please help ladies?

Ladies please help I've been trying to conceive for over a year now since my last miscarriage and I've been taking prenatals for the past month and I still end up getting my period I don't know if the doctor that I met that very first time when I was spotting he put too much pressure on my stomach and then a few hours later I had a miscarriage now I am worried that he might have ruined my chances of getting pregnant and I'm really worried and literally crying every time I get my period not just because I've been trying for so long after the miscarriage but also because I have pain in my stomach when I get my period I really want a child and so does my husband but I'm starting to wonder if that doctor has ruined my chances with that????? Please help????
