when should i introduce foods to my four month old?

my baby is 18w and exclusively breastfed. Hes never had any type of formula or cereal. My fiances family really wants me to start him on barley/cereal and maybe even let him try some pureed baby foods. this is my first child and i just wanna do whats best for him, is there anything wrong with led weaning at this point? or even starting him on cereal?

6 months and even then, he will breastfeed more than he will eat (even after the year) so no worries yet

Both my kids started solids the week they turned 6 months old. Breastfed and never had even a mouthful of cereal prior to 6 months. My mom pressured me so much to start solids and could not understand waiting but I made the choice and stuck to it. My kids are healthy and happy 😊 7 and 5 years old now.
