Never had an orgasm

Hello girls, I am 18 yo girl and I am sexualy active for over a year. As you read the tittle, yes, I never had an orgasm. My boyfriend knows it of course. He is trying. When we are having sex, he is fingering me, stimulating my clitoris and stimulating my G spot. I really like it, and I am making loud noices. But I never came to end. I don't know what to expect. I am not expecting the squirt you can see in porn, but nothing came oustside from me. When I was masturbating alone, putting something inside me, stimulating, same ending. Nothing came oustside.

I thought about seeing my gynecologist, but I don't know if she can help me somehow. Is there something wrong with me? Or am I just in group of wonen that will never expierence orgasm?
