Yellow/greenish chunky discharge

Hey, i was wondering if anyone else has ever gotten this before and if so, what did it end up being? I also have a slight itch down there (not inside). I cant get tested until next week so was just hoping for ideas or possible explanations until then. Im slightly freaking out about it. My partner is getting tested tomorrow.
