For personal reasons hubby and I have sex every week 1-2x. This last weekend had sex one day and the next day I though we were going to but he said he was stressed out and tired and just not in the mood. I got upset

Thats pretty childish honestly. Yall just had sex the day before. Getting mad at your partner if he or she says no to sex is actually a form of coercion. That kind of reaction will lead to him feeling unsafe to be honest and authentic with you, which will likely cause a decrease in intimacy. I think you should apologize to him.

No I wouldn't be mad. My husband is allowed to say no to sex for literally any reason, even he just doesn't want to at the time.
