I posted a few days back that I was unsure whether I was going into preterm labor or not. Today I'm 31+4 and last night I had an extremely sharp pain in my vagina that woke me up out of a dead sleep. There was some sharp pulsing for a few minutes after that.

Also, last night before bed I was having period like cramps for a while. I timed them. They lasted about 25 seconds and were around 4:50-5 minutes apart, although this only lasted about 20 minutes.

Should I go to the hospital if anything similar happens again? I have an appointment in 3 days with my OB I'm just scared I should be doing something about this.

And I just started getting cramps right now as I am writing this. Ugh.
