Did I do it right?
So I inseminated myself with a syringe, I laid down and inserted the syringe and slowly pushed the sperm in. I then Inserted a soft cup and left it there for 8hrs..no sperm came out it all went in me and when I took the cup out there was close to no CM or sperm. Does that mean it all stay in me? None had leaked out on my underwear or anything.
I inserted on my peak day.
