What would happen if didn’t treat yeast infection?

Long story short I’ve been dealing with vaginal issues for over a year now. Discharge, itching, burning, discomfort, cloudy urine, pain with urine, etc. I believe it stems from a weak immune condition I had two years ago. Since then all my dr want to do is prescribe more antibiotics, which helps for a week then symptoms come back ten times worse. Boric acid was only thing that helped for a while but now symptoms are returning again. I’ve seen 3 primary care drs and 5 different obgyns. Only a few have done swabs and typically comes back fine. Then just prescribe itch cream that does nothing. However my urine is always positive for strep B in the past few months. I’m in so much discomfort and pain. Im a virgin so nothing sexually transmitted.

I really believe I have Vaginal thrush because around the same time my tongue has gotten really white and I’ve developed bad stomach issues. I’ve been given anti fungal but didn’t do much or cause worse side effects. How do I treat an infection drs can’t figure out?
