Fever/Illness while TTC

Hi ladies. I posted this last night but maybe it was too late for replies.

Is it safe or still possible to conceive while ill? I have a sore throat and a minor fever (99-100). My BBT was 98.15 this morning so it's about normal. I just want to know if it's still possible. My fertile week starts in a couple days. :/ Figures. Will a cold/flu-ish illness cause issues?
