Today is my postpartum day 30, I delivered baby via vaginal delivery with epiostomy, during the operation, staff forgot to take out gauge out of vagina, which caused infection, that gauge came out two days ago, I had a vaginal whitish yellowish discharge till yesterday but today I am having heavy bright reddish or brown reddish vaginal discharge. My abdomen was flat after delivery but today my abdomen is also distended, I am disturbed, can any one guide what to do, and what does it indicate,

Currently I am on antibiotics due to infection
