Sleeping on back
I am a hardcore back sleeper and at 21 weeks, my doc hasn't told me to stop... I also haven't asked, since it never occurred to me it might be an issue. Recently though, I ran into an article online saying to stop. Is anyone more of an expert on this? I'm not showing much at all and have gained only 8 lbs so far, so sleeping on my back still feels totally fine. Do I have to stop right away? Or only when it gets uncomfortable? Thanks mamas :)
