Just some advice really needed. My periods suddenly stopped a few months ago. I paid and had a private scan as I was worried about my

Ovaries and cysts ect but was told my cervix, ovaries ect was all healthy and fine. I was told I had a 15mm follicle on my left ovary though which is why I’ve had a bit of aching. Would this affect my periods / ovulating?
