Could I still be pregnant it's 3 days before Af and I'm bleeding bright red with tiny clots but still have pregnancy symptoms ?

That sounds like your period...

There's really no chance you're pregnant, if you were, then that's what happens during a miscarriage, however chances are your period came early.
