Could I still be pregnant it's 3 days before Af and I'm bleeding bright red with tiny clots but still have pregnancy symptoms ?

I would say this is your period. I was expecting my af on the 18th of Dec and mine came on the 22nd and lasted 10days.

That sounds like your period...

There's really no chance you're pregnant, if you were, then that's what happens during a miscarriage, however chances are your period came early.
