Trying to do OPKs when you do rotating shift work…help!

Since I work rotating days and nights, OPKs have always been tricky for me so my OB said to just take them every time I go pee and see if I can pinpoint the surge more closely…I started to get a rise yesterday evening and I’m thinking today is surge day, ovulation will be tomorrow??? Or was surge yesterday and ovulation today? Idk. Help!

I know I should take them between 10am and 2pm, but it’s hard af to drag myself out of bed during prime daytime sleep hours.
