I have a parents who’s child I watch and the little

Girl seems to have some terrible full blown outbursts. Moms at her breaking point she’s tried taking her to the doctor but they won’t see her until she’s a certain age. She child kicks, scratches, bites, screams, and is not rubbing away trying to leave the building. Today she ripped a hand full of my hair out of my head and this all started over me asking her not to kick her friend at the lunch table and I put her at the silent lunch table. Most of this seems to start when she is having to deal with the consequences of her actions. (Time out, silent lunch, being told no, etc..) she’s doing the no red dye, “throwing” away toys, even talking it out. I’m looking for other suggestions on outburst like these to help them. I don’t even know where to start searching. The doctors are not even helping.
