Melatonin helped delay menopause.
I have been going through early stages of menopause since losing my right ovary in December of last year. My cycles have been around 28 days most of my life but they have been around 52 days long since my operation. I am 44 years old and still ttc so this has been devastating to me. After doing some research about how to help delay mother nature, I read that taking a small dose of melatonin (3 to 5 milligrams) could actually help bring back normal cycles. I figured I would at least give it a try. I take a 5mg. gummy before bed and have only been taking them for a month. MY REGULAR CYCLE LENGTH HAS RETURNED!!!! I will happily continue to take them and hope for great results. I also read tha adding COQ10 can help with egg quality and good chances of fertilization. I hope this helps someone struggling with the same situationas me. Good luck to anyone trying!! Don't give up!!
