Progesterone supplements...when to start and stop
For anyone who takes progesterone supplements after ovulation, if you don't get pregnant, when do you stop taking it? Is it a good idea to take it before you know if you're pregnant?
I've had 2 losses, and when I got my progesterone tested last cycle, at 4dpo it was 12...I know it should be at least 10 to implant, so I'm nervous mine is low. Thinking about supplementing my next cycle after ovulation. But I'm afraid to mess up my cycle.
