Pregnant with twins, one with hydrops.

My sister in lawdid ivf and now is 13 weeks pregnant with girl twins, in their own sack. Unfortunately one of them has fetal hydrops. Doctor said that baby will most likely die after about 17-20 weeks. They just had her do some blood work and scheduled a amniocentesis for later. What do you think the best option is, to remove the hydrops baby with c sectional after baby dies? Or keep it in her stomach until she has the other baby?

My fear is that the sick baby can cause her to go into labor which will result her in losing the other one. Or the healthy baby could possibly have hydrops too but will come later on.

I say that because she went into labor at 17 weeks last year with a hydrops baby which she had ivf with that one too.

Also anyone informed on why she keeps having hydrops babies via ivf? Thank you
