I'm a Nervous Wreck 😭 HELP

Please Read this & Help me the Blur pic is from my last cycle October 5 & now I'm 4 days late . The longest my cycle has been is 25 max .. no later than that. Today makes 28 .. when should I test ? Should I wait .. Or could this just be a period change??
