What symptoms are you having in your 4th week?

I'm having some pressure in my lower belly, almost an "ache". Bloated! No blood at all, not too much cramping. Exhausted - zero energy!

Cramping and pressure in my abdomen. A constant uncomfortable cramp for 5 days straight... Semi nauseous feeling for 2 days. Went to grocery store and had problems shopping- nothing looked good?
Weirdest one is my pee smells weird? I noticed a few days ago and it seems like i can smell my pee while I go and it seems off 😳

I'm 4+6 and my boobs are so tender and sore I have a hard Time sleeping, they itch too with. Sucks cause it's hurts to scratch! 
I have random crampiness but can't really categorizes it as cramps. 
Definitively constipated!!! I always feel like I have to go number 2 but nothing
Headache has been constant
Oh and car sickness is starting to set in! 
I flew all day today so I am feeling discombobulated

Same. I'm dizzy, sleep all day but up all night, peeing A LOT, cramping at night, boobs hurt, and back pain. I heard this is all good signs!

4 weeks today. The only symptom I'm noticing is light menstrual like cramping. My boobs hurt to the touch but they don't bother me other than that. I think that I'm more tired than usual but I've always had an issue with fatigue. But that's it for symptoms for me for now :)

I'm 4 weeks too! No real symptoms my boobs actually hurt a little less then when I have my period but last night I got this dull annoying pain like someone kneed me in the vagina and that lasted for a few hours. Oh and my boobs were itchy too.

I was having cramping but these past couple days it seems to be going away!

I had heartburn yesterday and today & my boobs are super sore and bigger!

Sore boobs and for some reason my face feels aggravated with a acne breakout... Which usually happens a week before I normally have my AF. Still hasn't kicked in! Lol

4w6d here. Slight cramps/tightness in lower abdomen, had a dizzy spell, boobs are starting to hurt pretty bad now, some bloating, nausea here and there (better than when I first found out before AF was due)
