Used Willow Go - should I purchase?

A coworker of mine is selling her willow go with the charging cables for $100. Originally I was thinking of getting the momcozy S12 for my portable pump which goes for around ~125 new. Is it worth it to buy the used willow go?

I liked my willow glow but I wouldn’t buy it used. You would need to buy new flanges and milk collectors and they’re pretty expensive for the willow.
