What happens to the surge line after egg has been released?

Hey quick question for a newbie.

My opk test result pic is below from the last few days. Bottom 3 are from same time about half hour ago. One with my finger in shot is this morning and that's the strongest. I also had lots of egg white/cream cm yesterday afternoon and today. And my temp was it's lowest this morning.

I believe looking at the results that I had my surge last night/this morning and now my egg has been released so to speak!

So am I right in thinking over the next few days when I opk test the test line wool disappear all together?

And should I expect my temp to spike tomorrow morning?
